Pregnancy and postpartum — and every road toward, around, and beyond them — can reshape your relationship with your body, your partner(s), and yourself.
This work is for every body and every path — LGBTQIA+ folks, single parents by choice, and people of all relationship structures moving through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, IVF, surrogacy, or loss. It's also for anyone renegotiating their relationship with their reproductive system in a bigger sense — a hysterectomy, ovarian cancer, or other changes that ask so much of you.
What we can work on together
Infertility, IVF & loss
The grief, weight, and uncertainty of infertility, IVF or surrogacy, and pregnancy loss — met with tenderness and care, however your path unfolds.
Coming home to your body
Reuniting with a body changed by pregnancy, birth, surgery, hysterectomy, illness, or time — and reclaiming your pleasure, sensuality, and sense of ownership.
Sex, intimacy & connection
Sex after giving birth, shifting desire, and reconnecting with your partner(s) — and, most of all, your relationship with yourself and your own body.
A homecoming to your body
Pregnancy itself can be joyful, terrifying, sacred, ordinary, or all of it at once — and every version is welcome here.
Our work is a slow homecoming — reuniting with your body, reclaiming your pleasure and empowerment, and connecting, or reconnecting, with being the author of your own story. Yes, we can absolutely talk about sex after giving birth — and we can also explore what it means to feel at home in your body again, whatever that looks like for you. As a somatic sex therapist and former birth and postpartum doula, this work is some of the closest to my heart.
However you're arriving, you are welcome here. I offer this work in person in Denver and by secure telehealth throughout Colorado, including the Boulder area.
